Swim Workout Posted for 4/21/10
Oceanside 70.3 Triathlon took place last weekend.  This race is considered the official kick off to the California triathlon season.  Our very own Jim Dyer and Richard Schingler participated.  Both men had wonderful races, and came away singing it's praises and encouraging others to participate in this great race in the future.  Richard made things even more special by qualifying for Ironman 70.3 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS to be held November in Clearwater, FL.  Way to go DTC!!!
