No, there are no major commitments. We will help you with your training and race schedules and hopefully make the Triathlon race season more enjoyable for you.
Yes, we have a meeting the First (1st) Monday of each month, sometimes they are hands-on (watch the site for updates/details). We announce casual trainings weekly via our members only FB site, and Monthly group organized trainings announced on this site.
Yes, Absolutely! If you see a date, or perhaps a meeting topic, that works well for you feel free to drop-in. First drop-in is absolutely free. If you choose not to join you can still participate in events and meetings for a “drop-in fee”, but you will save money with a membership.
We have an amazing Introductory training course, for one flat fee we will get you a coach and help you meet your specific goal. Some choose the Challenge of 3 events, some choose for balanced fitness, some like the competition, and some do it to keep in general good health. Remember, when you Swim, Bike, and Run the distance can vary…no need to become an “Ironman”
